On Monday, 1 September 2025, the University of Defence officially launched the third edition of the international student training activity Agile Cub 25, organized by the Department of Intelligence Support. This year’s program includes 24 foreign students from seven military universities in Estonia, Latvia, Greece, Poland, Slovakia, and Hungary, marking a significant expansion of international cooperation compared to previous years.

During the three-week training, participants from the military specializations Intelligence Support of the Czech Armed Forces, Information Resources Management, and Reconnaissance Unit Commander will engage in demanding tasks within the framework of a realistic scenario of a multinational military operation.

The first week of the activity will take place at the University of Defence, followed by two weeks of practical training at the Libavá Military Training Area, concluding on 19 September 2025. A major highlight of Agile Cub 25 will be the Delegations and Visits Day on 18 September 2025, with confirmed participation of representatives from partner foreign institutions, including the General Tadeusz Kościuszko Military University of Land Forces, the Latvian National Defence Academy, the Hellenic Air Force Academy, and the Armed Forces Academy of General Milan Rastislav Štefánik.
